Theresa loves walks on the beach, nature singing in all its’ forms, cooking, home decorating, gardening, and connection with family and friends. She’s authored a children’s book, ‘It Was My Star’- a ‘feel good’ inspirational book.
Jeremy Booth, assistant manager the last three years is also a musician playing in gigs from CBGB’s in New York City to Washington state. He has a degree in English with a writing emphasis and is a member of Eugene’s Natural History Society.
